The National Association for Home Care and Hospice (NAHC) annual meeting and exposition will be held in Nashville, Tennessee on Oct. 28-30. The three-day conference will focus on equipping home health care clinicians and other health professionals with the information and resources needed to provide exemplary home and hospice care to patients.
More than 2,500 professionals from across the country are expected to gather in Nashville to attend the conference. NAHC reported that the three days will include keynote addresses, 90 educational sessions to choose from and many networking opportunities for attendees. Seminars during the meeting will include pertinent topics such as "How to Work with Hospitals to Provide Better Care for Patients who have Joint Replacement Surgery," "How to be Ready for Your Hospice Survey," "How to Optimize Your Revenue Cycle in an Era of Value-Based Care" and many more. Attendees will be able to attend up to nine of these different educational sessions to expand their professional knowledge and skills over the course of the event.
The conference will also have an exhibition featuring vendors of products and services that aim to help home health care and hospice clinicians and other health professionals address the needs of this evolving industry. Attendees can browse the booths and experience demonstrations featuring individual products and their benefits.
