WEBINAR: Leadership Strategies to Stop the Cycle of Nurse Bullying

Lateral violence and bullying is a problem in nursing. It’s pervasive, destructive, and negatively impacts individuals, the nursing profession, the workplace, and ultimately the patients. Bullying continues to thrive because nurses often overlook and accept bullying types of behavior and nurse leaders haven’t learned how to address these behaviors effectively in the workplace. Nurses often accept these behaviors as a “rite of passage” and don’t report the bullying behaviors, thus perpetuating the problem. This presentation is for nurse leaders who want to know how to recognize bullying behaviors and learn effective strategies to address and eliminate lateral violence and bullying behaviors in their organizations.
